Curso Básico de Arbitraje Bajo el Reglamento del CeCAP
The Conciliation and Arbitration Center of Panama (CeCAP) invites you to the Basic Course of “Arbitration under the CeCAP Regulation”, which will be given from March 25 to 28, from 4:00 pm to 8:30 pm at the Hotel Marriott Panama.
This course will be composed of 5 modules distributed as follows:

– Module # 2: The Arbitration Agreement
(i) Concept (ii) Subjects (iii) Requirements (iv) Effects (vi) Practical Aspects | Workshop
– Module # 3: The Arbitral Tribunal
(i) Integration (ii) Confirmation (iii) Arbitration Competition and Powers (iv) Challenges (v) Incident of Lack of Competition (vi) Participation of Third Parties | Workshops
– Module # 4 The Conduct of the Arbitration Process
(i) Hearings (ii) Basic Principles for the decisions of the Arbitral Tribunals (iii) Handling of the Evidence (iv) Arguments or Conclusions | Simulation and Workshops
– Module # 5 The Award
(i) Deliberations (ii) Decision (ii) Voting Rescue (iii) Legal and Regulatory Requirements of the award.
The methodology includes theoretical material and discussion workshops with audiovisual support.
