AMA in Japanese “are the words for the heavens and for the sea” (Ko, Murobushi). In some Japanese philosophy, you have to connect the body with AMA, nature, to feel alive and exercising your own body and spirit. You have different options, you can resist and try to do, in this way you get the power of freedom; and you can not do anything, just listen, breathe, to purify your mind.
In Japanese philosophy, the body is the orphan of nature, who lives and dies, for creation in the disappearing. In this way of thinking, the father is the mountain, that you can climb and find the power of freedom; and the mother is representing the sea, you can hear the sound of the waves and be aware of your breath to feel the free spirit.
Fanny Sage is an incredible talent whose passion for dance and art shines in all her work.
