Fae 2019: Genkidhama

Event Description:

The 9th International Festival of Performing Arts (Fae 2019) invites you to enjoy in family “Genkidhama”, presented by EX-ÁNIMA of Costa Rica. This is a show that combines elements such as the manipulation of objects, the physical theater and the Clown, to accommodate a comic show, inspired by the aesthetics of the Japanese animate series. The staging presents two exaggerated characters who face each other in a duel following a minor accident. EX-ÁNIMA is a stage project created in 2004 and directed by Ana María Moreno and Erick Cascante, with the interest of investigating different scenic and plastic resources.

“Genkidhama” will be presented on Sunday, March 17, at 4:30 P.M. In the Cathedral Square (Casco Viejo). Free pass.

The International Festival of Performing Arts of Panama (FAE) is a biennial artistic-cultural event, which brings together a selection of the best of theater and contemporary dance in Latin America and the world in the Panamanian capital for a week. It will take place from March 14 to 20 in different scenarios.
