Mindful Eating Workshop
On Saturday, May 18, the “Conscientious Eating Workshop” will be taught where you will learn the basic concepts of food, to get back in touch with the real nutritional needs of your body. The Workshop will be held in Casco Yoga at 1:00 p.m.
Mindful Eating can help you change the way you eat and experience food. It is not a diet and you do not have to give up your favorite foods, nor count calories.
You will learn to recognize when you are really hungry and when you have eaten enough. Conscious practices will teach you to take charge of your diet, to enjoy more of your food and to end habits like automatically looking for food.
