The French Alliance invites you to the Opening of the Exhibition of the photographer “Ramón Lepage” entitled “Panamapass 2009/2019” as part of the activities of Photosetember 19. PANAMÁPASS is a compendium of photographic notes that includes a hint of Panamanian coastal everyday life. Lepage lives in Panama since 2009 and has traveled its coasts photographically recording the diversity of landscapes and cultures of the Panamanian isthmus. PANAMÁPASS invites us to observe the vast environmental and ethnographic complexity that exists on its coasts.
Born in 1965 in Merida, Venezuela. “Ramón Lepage” is a documentary photographer graduated in Communication at Emerson College in Boston and with a Master of Arts at the Boston Art Institute, USA. He has exhibited in France and the United States. In Venezuela, his work has been exhibited in the most important museums in the country. Since 2009 he lives in Panama.
