Venue Description: The "Estadio Rommel Fernández" is a multi-purpose stadium located in Panama City, It is used for different sports, but mainly for the conduct of football (soccer) games. It was inaugurated on February the 6th in 1970. It was designed to accommodate the XI Central American and Caribbean Games in 1970. Through further remodels, the stadium managed to reach the current capacity of 32,000 spectators all seated, now the largest stadium in Panama, above the "Estadio Rod Carew "o, the baseball stadium. It is part of "Ciudad Deportiva Irving Saladino".
